As a midlife woman (approaching 56!) and mom of three young adults, I understand how aging can suddenly feel like it's accelerating.

After navigating complex health challenges with my kids, I committed to understanding how genetics, cellular health, and intentional strategy influence how well we age and thrive in midlife... including maintaining a healthy weight.

Cancer has been prevalent in my family and after discovering I was BRCA gene positive in 2018, I underwent elective surgeries. It has been a challenging road managing my hormones and I strongly feel the knowledge I've acquired since then is incredibly powerful to share with others.

Now I help women 50+ stop wasting time, energy, and money on ineffective health noise they see on social media — and start aging strategically with intention.
